Tadd Schwartz is the founder and principal of Schwartz Media Strategies.
A veteran public relations counselor with more than 15 years experience in media relations, strategic communications and branding, Tadd has developed and executed campaigns for regional, national and multi-national companies, including Brockway Moran & Partners, Astigarraga Davis, The Florida Bar, Steel Hector & Davis, Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Codina Group, Burger King, and The Collection luxury auto dealership.
Respected by clients and journalists for his knowledge, resourcefulness, and grasp of the media landscape, Tadd directs the firm’s media relations efforts.
Prior to founding Schwartz Media Strategies, Tadd was a partner at Florida-based rbb, where he led the firm’s corporate and real estate practices. He previously held an executive position with the Florida office of Weber-Shandwick, one of the world’s largest public relations agencies. Before entering public relations, Tadd worked on the staff of Florida Senator Bob Graham in Washington, D.C.
He is active in several community organizations, including the Dade Heritage Trust, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and the Developing Minds Foundation.
A native of Miami, Tadd earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.

Aaron W. Gordon

As vice president, Aaron manages day-to-day operations at Schwartz Media Strategies. He also oversees the firm’s direct marketing, advertising, and web development projects.
Before joining Schwartz Media Strategies, Aaron served as creative director for The Weinbach Group, a marketing and advertising firm in Miami, Florida. Here, he directed the firm’s creative output on behalf of clients including the University of Miami Health System, Trivest Partners, Health First Health Plans, UM/Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Community Capital Management.
Previously, Aaron worked on the re-election campaign of former Missouri Governor Bob Holden and the U.S. congressional campaign of Jeff Smith. In 2001, he directed community and public relations for ArtSouth, a non-profit arts and cultural center in Homestead, Florida. He worked with Tadd Schwartz at rbb in 2004.
Aaron, a Miami native, earned his bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where he studied political science, art history, and archaeology.
He is active in Shake-A-Leg Miami, Washington University’s Regional Cabinet, as well as the University’s Alumni and Parents Admissions Program, for which he serves as chair. He is also on the Board of Directors for ArtSouth.

Alisha Marks
Account Director

As Account Director, Alisha spearheads media relations activities and provides strategic counsel for the firm’s professional services clients.
Before joining Schwartz Media Strategies, Alisha served as senior account executive for rbb, a Florida-based public relations agency. Here, she directed the strategy and implementation for a number of the firm’s corporate and non-profit clients, including the National Parkinson Foundation; the accounting firm Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra; The Girl Scout Council of Tropical Florida; and Florida Power & Light Company.
Before moving to Miami in 2005, Alisha worked at Fletcher Martin Public Relations in Atlanta, Georgia, where she participated in the launch of the world’s largest aquarium, the Georgia Aquarium. She has also served as the Southeast area manager for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), one of the nation’s most powerful lobby organizations. In this role, she oversaw grassroots mobilization, political communications and community outreach efforts throughout the southern states.
Alisha earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, where she studied political science and communications.
