Real Estate Brokerage

Background
When Blanca Commercial Real Estate launched, founder and CEO Tere Blanca asked us to partner with her to raise the firm’s profile through an integrated public relations, marketing and branding campaign. We have since developed a campaign that keeps the firm, its professionals, and the assets in its leasing portfolio top of mind with the brokerage industry, the business community and the media.

Since launching, our campaign continues to garner national media exposure for the firm, while its professionals appear in the news on a nearly daily basis, providing expert commentary on the real estate market and the broader South Florida economy. This industry awareness and enhanced credibility has been an important factor in Blanca Commercial Real Estate’s success establishing new client relationships and expanding its leasing portfolio at a time when many competitors have struggled.

After launching near the low point of the recession, Blanca Commercial Real Estate has emerged as one of South Florida’s most active and successful brokerage and advisory firms – carving significant market share, luring major national and international clients, and completing transactions valued at nearly $200 million in its second year of business.

Program Objectives

• Effectively position Blanca Commercial Real Estate as a premier real estate services firm in South Florida – with the express goal of keeping the firm top of mind among key audiences and prospective clients.
• Drive the conversation through proactive media relations and marketing, with the purpose of advancing the firm's new business development.
