CBCMIAMI – May 27, 2010 – Continental Real Estate Companies (CREC), one of Florida’s largest commercial real estate services firms, announced today that its retail practice has been selected to identify and secure new locations for U.S. restaurant chain Corner Bakery Café and PNC Bank, one of America’s largest financial services companies. The tenant representation assignments signal the Florida market entrance for both companies.

CREC will be charged with negotiating lease agreements for as many as 15 new Corner Bakery Café locations throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. PNC Bank is launching its Florida expansion in Broward County. In addition to managing and leasing 11.4 million square-feet of retail, office and multifamily space throughout Florida, CREC also represents an array of national retail tenants in markets across the state.
