Working on behalf of national real estate developer Wexford Science & Technology, we will be promoting the park’s multiple roles as a ‘gamechanger’ for the diversification of South Florida’s economy, a scientific link to booming life sciences sector in Latin America and the Caribbean, and as a critical first step in Miami’s emergence as a life sciences and tech hub – all of this in an effort to support tenant recruitment efforts and tell the UMLSTP’s story — regionally, nationally, and internationally. October 14, 2010 – Miami, Florida – National real estate developer Wexford Science & Technology has tapped Miami-based Schwartz Media Strategies to manage public relations and marketing for the University of Miami Life Science & Technology Park (UM LSTP). Once completed in mid-2011, the 252,000 square foot building will house lab and office space, lab-ready development suites, and retail space – all intended to help knowledge-based research and product development teams foster innovation and commercialize technology for public use. As agency of record for the UM LSTP, Schwartz Media Strategies will promote the park’s roles as a catalyst for the diversification of South Florida’s economy, a natural scientific link to Latin America and the Caribbean, and as the first component of the region’s emergence as a life sciences hub – all in an effort to support tenant recruitment efforts.
