Aria on the Bay takes over the Arsht Center

There’s no doubt that Miami’s condo market is back, bringing with it a series of creative parties and sales launches. Last week, the Melo Group launched their latest project, Aria on the Bay, at a blowout on stage at the Adrienne Arsht Center’s Knight Concert Hall that definitely impressed.

The new ultra-luxury condominium, set to rise in downtown Miami’s Arts & Entertainment district, will have 647 units across 53 stories. The Arquitectonica-designed tower will be located on the Bayfront, overlooking Margaret Pace Park with views of Biscayne Beach and the Miami Beach Skyline.

The launch of the Melo’s latest project coincides with the Miami Downtown Development Authority’s newest residential real estate study that concluded Miami’s downtown market is taking off yet again, and the Arts & Entertainment District is one of the areas slated to have the most potential growth.

On Thursday, September 4th, buyers, brokers, family and friends gathered at the Arsht Center to celebrate the official launch of Aria on the Bay. Partygoers were treated to a spectacular show that previewed what life in Miami’s up-and-coming Arts & Entertainment District will be like.
