Who needs the sand and surf when you can have a fully decked-out luxury condo steps away from the hottest spots in Downtown Miami. That’s the question confronting buyers from around the world as they set their sights on Miami real estate.
While demand for condos in Miami is nothing new, we’ve seen a seismic shift in buyer demand away from the beach, and towards the urban core, home to PAMM, the Adrienne Arsht Center, the under-development Frost Science Museum, the Miami HEAT and so much more.
According to the New York Post, buyers are flocking to sophisticated neighborhoods like Brickell and the Biscayne Corridor. The reason? Over-the-top amenities designed to lure buyers off the beach, starchitect designs, and an urban environment complete with shopping, public transit, culture and some of the city’s best restaurants.
Move over, Miami Beach. Looks like the world’s buyers are down with Downtown.
