About us: Schwartz Media Strategies is a communications and public affairs firm that delivers winning PR, marketing and digital campaigns for companies and organizations across Florida. Our reach is national, but our home is in Downtown Miami’s Brickell District – steps from the city’s trendiest restaurants and residential towers, public transit, and dozens of cultural and entertainment venues (Let’s go HEAT!).
We’re in our tenth year serving clients in Florida’s key sectors, including residential and commercial real estate, hotels and destinations, banking and finance, law, and municipal affairs. Positions Available: Now we’re looking for an intern that has completed their senior year of college with a focus in journalism, public relations, communications, English or other writing-concentrated major. (Our interns are paid!)
AND, an Account Coordinator with a year of internship experience in public relations.
AND, a Senior Account Executives with between 3 and 5 years of experience in running strategic legal or professional services PR campaigns
AND, a Digital Content Executive with between 3 and 5 years of experience in social media management, blog writing and video content creation
All positions require experience in developing relationships with clients, and creating ideas that breakthrough.

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive with between 3 and 5 years of experience running strategic PR campaigns, developing relationships with clients, and generating ideas that breakthrough. Here are some other things to keep in mind:
- Our business is fast-paced and stressful at times, so an ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping organized and communicating clearly with your peers is critical.
- We are news junkies; qualified candidates will share our love for following current events and figuring out how to align our campaigns with what’s timely – locally, nationally and around the world.
- The word ‘proactive’ may be overused, but it’s the lifeblood of a winning campaign. We bring new ideas to the table everyday, never settling for the status quo.

How will I spend my day?
You may spend your morning pitching a hot story to national reporters, your midday in a team meeting creating a new digital marketing initiative or special event, and your afternoon counseling a client writing an op-ed column. No two days are alike, but the common denominator is that we’re always looking for new ways to deliver value to our clients.

Our salaries are competitive. We pay employees’ health and dental insurance premiums. We offer a 401K program with a discretionary profit sharing component. Team members earn a percentage of clients’ retainers when they originate new business.
Do I need to speak multiple languages?
It certainly helps. Especially Spanish (por supuesto es Miami!).
