Does a sudden flurry of activity signal brighter days ahead in Miami’s real estate market? A recent post on GlobeSt.com’s popular “In the Know” blog pointed to the growth of our firm’s real estate practice as a surefire sign that the Miami is on the rebound following one of the most historic market collapses in recent memory.
GlobeSt.com blogger and Southeast editor Jennifer LeClaire cited the fact that several real estate firms are once again coming off the sidelines with proactive PR and marketing campaigns as a good sign for the market. As our president Tadd Schwartz (@taddschwartz) explains it, “We set out to grow Schwartz Media Strategies with an emphasis on diversity across the sectors that drive Florida’s economy. The fact that we experienced significant growth in the areas of real estate, hospitality and financial and legal services in the second half of 2011 is a positive sign that companies are planning to bolster their public relations, marketing and social media activities in 2012.”
