Motwani has served as the managing principal of Miami Worldcenter since 2006, overseeing the continued development of the $4 billion, 27-acre mixed-use real estate project that will deliver 5,000 apartments and condos, 600 hotel rooms and 300,000 square feet of retail space.

Vice chairman and CEO, City National Bank

Gonzalez leads one of Florida’s largest and the nation’s fastest-growing banks. Since joining CNB in 2009, he has diversified and grown it from $3 billion to more than $24 billion in assets. CNB is rated five stars “superior” by BauerFinancial and has earned an “outstanding” Community Reinvestment Act rating.


DAVID MARTIN

CEO, Terra Group

Martin’s integrated real estate development firm has a portfolio valued at more than $10 billion. Among its latest projects is Upland Park, a mixed-use, public-private partnership on 45 acres near Dolphin Station in western Miami-Dade County. It will include 900 apartments, along with retail and parking.


CAMILO MIGUEL JR.

Founder and CEO, Mast Capital

Mast Capital is an active real estate development and investment firm, with acquisitions since December 2020 representing over $3.5 billion in total project capitalization. These investments include new-build development of 2,300 residential units across South Florida and the Tampa metro area.


ARNAUD KARSENTI

Managing Principal, 13th Floor Investments

Since its inception, Karsenti’s real estate investment and development firm has acquired, developed and managed nearly $3.5 billion in real estate assets across the southeastern U.S. Projects include luxury condominiums, home communities, industrial and major mixed-use transit-oriented developments.


GREG WEST

CEO, ZOM Living

West oversees one of the 10 largest multifamily development companies in the country, with over 8,600 units in the development pipeline. ZOM Living is also expanding its business into senior housing, with three projects underway in Florida.


DEV MOTWANI

President and CEO, Merrimac Ventures

Motwani leads Merrimac, which completed projects including the Gale Boutique Hotel, Broadstone Oceanside and the Flagler Village Hotel. Last fall, the company broke ground on Merrimac Plantation, a 293,945-square-foot multifamily development.
