Locally-owned and operated Apollo Bank is showing its support for breast cancer awareness month by fundraising, running and displaying a little pink.
Apollo’s team has registered for the annual Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure coming to Miami Oct. 15. In anticipation of the race, its executives are raising funds for this worthy cause, which funds breast health research, diagnostics, treatment and education, as well as national research to discover the causes of breast cancer and ultimately, find a cure.

To display its support, Apollo has added a splash of pink and the pink ribbon, an international symbol for breast cancer awareness, to its logo. The community bank is using its presence in the social media platforms of Twitter and Facebook to help increase breast cancer awareness and contribute to local efforts to raise funds for this important cause. Apollo Bank invites colleagues and friends in the South Florida community to participate and donate to the Race for the Cure!
