More than 100 speakers are expected to participate and several global corporations are set to descend upon Miami for the week.

So what’s the connection to CREW-Miami and commercial real estate?

By spotlighting Miami as a regional hub for technology, innovative companies will be encouraged to make the city their home base or build a presence here. Over time, this could lead to companies seeking office and industrial space, executives and employees buying homes, and overall job creation. Next week’s panel will discuss the potential impacts of technology on Miami’s business and real estate community.

It all takes place on Feb. 19th at the Four Seasons Hotel in Brickell. Jane Wooldridge, Business editor of The Miami Herald, will moderate a panel discussion featuring Melissa Medina, VP of Strategic Engagement at eMerge Americas; Tere Blanca, President and CEO of Blanca Commerical Real Estate; Javier Betancourt, Deputy Director of Miami Downtown Development Authority; and Giraldo Gutierrez, VP of Partnerships and Assliance at eMerge Americas.
