Schwartz Media Strategies Kicks-Off Its 20th Year With Five New Team Members

Schwartz Media Strategies, one of Florida’s largest independent public relations and public affairs firms, is entering its 20th year in business with the addition of five new members who will help capitalize on sustained business migration and economic growth in the state. The firm’s expanded team includes communications professionals Sara Gaggia, Gracie Kaplan-Stein, Ashley Frenchman, Annemarie Suarez and Alyssa Velez. 

The new additions will counsel clients across a range of sectors driving Florida’s economy, including commercial and residential real estate, law and professional services, banking and finance, municipal affairs, construction, insurance, and arts and entertainment. 

Schwartz Media Strategies’ continued growth reflects Florida’s economic expansion, as the state’s population eclipsed 23 million in 2024 and 667,031 new business applications were filed in the past year—ranking third nationally in business applications per capita. Amid this backdrop, Schwartz Media Strategies has solidified its position among the five largest communications firms based in Florida, according to PR Week’s 2024 Agency Business Report

With nearly a decade of communications agency experience, she excels in developing strategic campaigns across diverse sectors, including real estate, hospitality, law, and corporate. In her role, Sara oversees comprehensive communication campaigns, media relations, brand development, and digital strategies on regional, national, and international levels. Specializing in luxury hotels and condos, restaurants, entertainment, wellness, and the arts, she leads successful campaigns for esteemed clients such as EDITION Hotels, Gencom, One Beverly Hills, Viceroy Clearwater, and The Standard, among others. She effectively blends her academic foundation with real-world expertise to deliver innovative and integrated PR solutions. 
  • Senior Account Executive Gracie Kaplan-Stein drives integrated marketing campaigns for professional services and real estate clients. She develops and executes comprehensive communication strategies, including media relations, digital assets, and content-driven initiatives. Before joining Schwartz Media Strategies, Gracie served as a Marketing Manager in-house at several AmLaw 100 and 200 law firms, where she honed her skills in client management and high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Account Executive Ashley Frenchman Ashley Frenchman brings a creative approach to developing integrated public relations strategies for clients in the real estate and hospitality sectors. She uses compelling storytelling, creative strategy, and innovative thinking to drive high-impact results for clients. With past experience in lifestyle and real estate public relations, she has led initiatives for high-profile clients such as The Miami Beach EDITION, Riviera Dining Group, Mr. C Miami – Coconut Grove, Mondrian South Beach, Freehand and Generator Hotels, as well as notable developers like ZOM Living, Merrimac Ventures, BH3, and Swerdlow Group.
  • Account Coordinator Annemarie Suarez leverages her skills in public relations and social media to implement tactful communication strategies for clients across sectors including real estate, law and banking/finance. A Miami native, Annemarie graduated with Latin honors from the University of Miami, earning a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Theatre Arts.
