GlobeSt.com: Pushing the next wave of Downtown Miami revitalization

The mouth of the Miami River is framed by new condominium towers amongst the Downtown Miami skyline.

Downtown Miami has been flourishing in recent years as projects aimed at revitalizing it have taken root. Now, it seems, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce is looking to push a next wave of development in its New World Center Committee.

GlobeSt.com reports that Schwartz Media Strategies president Tadd Schwartz will be vice chairing the commitee, along with chair Danet Linares (Blanca CRE).

Linares, who also serves on the board of the Miami Downtown Development Authority, will work with vice chair Tadd Schwartz, founder of Schwartz Media Strategies, to support the organization’s mission. Specifically, the duo will lead the charge to spur further revitalization of Greater Downtown Miami by making the city’s waterfront more accessible to the public and improving street-level conditions.
