Schwartz Media Strategies and Apollo Bank hosted a small luncheon at the bank’s Brickell branch on May 30. We are convening these events quarterly with the goal of bringing together friends with similar interests to talk about some of the issues driving Miami.
Attendees included David Adler and Jonathan Raiffe of Adler Group, Anne Owen of Miami Modern Luxury Magazine, Yanet Sanchez of United Way, Paola Roman at Carrfour Supportive Housing, Christian Driussi of Brickell Bay Office Tower, Bill Fuller of Barlington Group, Danet Linares of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Aurelia Vasquez from the Intercontinental Hotel Miami, Eddy Arriola and Richard Dailey of Apollo Bank, and Javier Betancourt from the Miami DDA.
Topics of conversation ranged from the revitalization underway in Little Havana and Downtown Miami’s emergence as a 24/7 urban center, to the city’s rise as a global luxury destination and nonprofit fundraising strategies.
