What’s Ahead for Miami’s Condo Market?

Each year, real estate developers and investors from across the US and Florida come together for the Urban Land Institute Southeast Florida & Caribbean’s annual Miami Condo & Community Development Symposium. This year’s conference on November 30th will address the most significant issues the residential real estate industry faces ahead.

This year’s high-profile line up of speakers will include Eliot Spitzer of Spitzer Enterprises; Jorge Perez, founder, chairman and CEO of Related Group; and Moishe Mana, president of The Mana Group; along with other condo developers and real estate industry leaders who will lead insightful panel discussions. The symposium will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 30 at the EAST Hotel inside Brickell City Centre.

Ushering in Miami’s highly anticipated Art Basel event, the annual symposium provides a forum for decision makers and industry leaders to gain knowledge, share best practices and discuss innovative ways of advancing the residential real estate industry amidst changing global and domestic market dynamics, while helping to shape better communities.
